Pressure Washing

As time passes, mold can buildup on your home and cause damage in the long run if it is not addressed. We recommend pressure washing your home at least every year.

Carpentry

We can take care of any carpentry work that your house needs done before painting both Interior and Exterior. Things such as repairing any water damages in the siding or trim or installing new trim.

#1 – First Contact

After you reach out to us, we will arrange a day and time to meet and look at the scope of the work to be done. Then, we will send you a quote promptly.

#2 – Agreement

If you agree with the quote, we will then set up a starting date and time that fits within both of our schedules. We generally ask you, the client, to purchase the paint and materials needed for the job.

On the starting date, we will bring a Job Proposal for both of us to sign. This proposal contains the job details from the original quote as well as the payment structure details.

Work will only begin once we have both signed the job proposal to prevent any misunderstandings and maintain a smooth working experience.

#3 – Job Completion

Once we begin your job, we will do our best to complete it within a reasonable timeframe. We do not work too fast nor too slow; we work at a reasonable pace. Our focus is to give you a high quality job and leave you satisfied with our work.

Interior

➣ Move all furniture to the center of the room, and cover it with painter’s plastic
➣ Placing drop cloths all around every spot of your carpet/floor protecting it from any possible drip of paint
➣ Caulking any cracks or joints in the walls or trim and patching any nail holes in the walls
➣ Prime any stains that can bleed through with Kilz® Primer
➣ Sand any wall patches to prepare the wall for painting
➣ Painting professionally and ensuring proper paint coverage
➣ Remove any tape and plastic after painting
➣ Hand brush paint all the trim, doors, window moldings, baseboards, etc
➣ Clean up the work areas and coordinate trash disposal

Exterior

➣ Move any items that are near the area to be painted
➣ Pressure wash the house or the areas that need it
➣ Put protective covers on extension ladder ends to prevent wall damage
➣ Caulking any cracks or joints before painting the walls and trim
➣ Cover up all your windows and any other spot that will not be painted with Frogtape® and painter’s plastic
➣ Painting professionally and ensuring proper paint coverage (Generally, we use spray paint for the exterior walls)
➣ Remove any tape and plastic after painting
➣ Hand brush paint all the trim, doors, window moldings, baseboards, etc
➣ Clean up the work areas and coordinate trash disposal
